Today Google announced its beta Product Listing Ads program Shopping Campaigns is now available to all online merchants.
Shopping Campaigns, a PLA structure designed to make managing and creating PLAs more intuitive within AdWords has been in beta since October.
Here are some of the major differences between PLAs and the Shopping Campaign structure:
Google Shopping Campaigns are a new way to structure Product Listing Ads within AdWords that increases product visibility for merchants and follows a layering ad system. Some other significant changes include how AdWords labels are used, and nomenclature for ad groups in addition to where certain reporting metrics are found.

Recently, Google updated Shopping Campaigns to include bulk bid changes and product names adjacent to product Ids. Today’s announcement also notes API support and a bid simulator are on the way.
