Designer Living Increases Facebook Revenue +573.85% Through the Implementation of Dynamic Product Ads
Founded in 2009, Designer Living sells an array of brand-name home furnishings and décor items including comforters, sheets, and furniture. Like many e-commerce businesses in 2016, the home decor retailer saw a significant opportunity in making Facebook a larger part of their paid marketing strategy. After joining CPC Strategy, they saw exponential engagement & sales growth using Facebook Dynamic Product Ads, which ultimately catapulted their online sales.

As a prominent reseller representing more than 70 different brands, Designer Living teamed up with CPC Strategy. In February 2016, we introduced Designer Living to Facebook Dynamic Product Ads and significantly increased their revenue, order volume, and conversion rate on the social network.

Goal 1: Increase Facebook Advertising Conversions & Sales
One of the main challenges for Designer Living was that they were not optimizing their advertising strategy on Facebook. Although they were running organic and paid Facebook ads prior to CPC Strategy’s involvement, they were not leveraging advanced targeting and display capabilities to increase conversions.
To grow revenue and fine tune their Facebook advertising strategy, we set specific objectives and designed conversion-focused ads – geared towards generating sales. The introduction of Dynamic Product Ads helped to close the loop, create more conversions, and turn Facebook into an impactful ecommerce channel for Designer Living.
Facebook Product Ads are designed to help businesses promote their entire product catalog across all consumer devices. Dynamic Product Ads provided Designer Living with another avenue to promote their inventory.
When we introduced Designer Living to Facebook Carousel ads in April, which allow advertisers to showcase multiple images and links in one ad, we also saw a 114.11% jump in revenue (from April 2016 – June 2016)
Goal 2: Drive Facebook & Instagram Engagement
To drive engagement on Facebook and Instagram CPC Strategy worked with Designer Living to create prospecting-focused ads – ads designed to reach new audiences and expand Designer Living’s market penetration.
We optimized Designer Living’s static ads by targeting the audiences they wanted to reach and creating specific retargeting ads for Instagram.
We also implemented different campaigns, creative and retargeting for Instagram and saw a 19% improvement in conversions on Instagram during the month of June.
