Move Signals Agency’s Investment in Amazon-Focused Design Services & Performance-Driving Creative Solutions
NEW YORK, November 14, 2019 — Tinuiti, North America’s largest independent performance and data-driven digital marketing agency, announced today that Hiram Cruz has been promoted to Associate Director, Creative from Manager, Graphic Design. In this new role, Cruz will manage the agency’s pioneering Amazon-focused design services division and its rapidly-growing team of creative professionals as it continues to provide creative services as a strategic tool for brands and marketers across multiple platforms.
The promotion follows the recent hire announcement of agency veteran Tom Olivieri, who joined Tinuiti as Vice President of Creative. This growth signals the agency’s hyperfocus on delivering creative solutions for clients to activate performance across channels.
For the past eight years, Cruz has worked in graphic design. He was the first graphic designer at CPC Strategy, during which time he helped establish one of the industry’s first dedicated Amazon creative practices. Cruz continued to grow the creative team following CPC Strategy’s acquisition by Elite SEM and later rebrand to Tinuiti.

Building on his expertise in designing Amazon-specific pages for established brands like Advil, and crafting impactful Amazon campaigns for socially-conscious brands like Seventh Generation, Cruz will manage a team to design creative campaigns with an eye towards delivering measurable results. He will also oversee the agency’s new content production studio, which will develop high-quality original content for brands to elevate their campaigns, showcase products, and promote storytelling for optimized performance on each channel.
