The Best Places to Work 2020 survey is based on a rigorous criterion that includes employee happiness, job satisfaction, and agency rankings based on culture and other categories.
Not only does the award mark an important milestone for us as an agency, but it’s also an affirmation in the pride and enjoyment we take in our work with all of our clients and partners.
Tinuiti Receives High Praise for Agency Culture, Perks, and Employee Development
While there are many factors that contribute to the magic in our workplaces across the country, we can say that it’s all a product of our solid company values that our team lives out on an everyday basis.
According to Ad Age, Tinuiti’s “culture, perks and employee development and engagement are among the reasons it was chosen first among companies with more than 200 employees in Ad Age Best Places to Work 2020 for the second consecutive year.”
In addition to culture, we are also honored to receive accolades for promoting healthy work-life balance, which is reflected in our employee wellness perks and benefits.

Not only do our values serve as a foundation for interpersonal and team success, but they also inspire major agency-wide initiatives aimed at showing our commitment to being the best place to work.
For example, to demonstrate our commitment to “Unleash Greatness,” we launched “T-Up” in the spring of 2019, a paid internship and mentoring program for college-bound seniors from Dillard High School, a Title 1 school in Ft. Lauderdale. The 10-week program connected career-oriented students with access to mentoring, digital marketing training, and the opportunity to hone professional and practical life skills including business etiquette and interview coaching.
