The company acquires ORIONCKB, an industry leader in paid social advertising, followed by Email Aptitude, an established CRM and email provider, and CPC Strategy, a leading Amazon agency, in 2019.

The official rebrand to Tinuiti. The new name is borne of three qualities that shaped the agency as a leader in the digital marketing world: Acuity, Ingenuity, Continuity.

The Pandemic Strikes
Tinuiti neither lays off nor furloughs a single employee during the COVID-19 pandemic, cross-training employees to move into new roles, where necessary.

Tinuiti Comes for the Biggest Screen in the House
Tinuiti acquires the leading purchaser of digital streaming media, Bliss Point Media, a Santa Monica-based company with patented machine-learning technology to accurately measure and optimize streaming media. Tinuiti also acquires Amazon operations specialist agency, Ortega Group. Partners with New Mountain Capital, a leading growth-oriented investment firm, to accelerate further expansion.
