Tinuiti Continues Its Streak of Top Scores in Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index

2026 recognition reflects Tinuiti’s dedication to championing a culture where equity, inclusion, and belonging are the standard

NEW YORK, NY — February 6, 2026 Tinuiti, the largest independent full-funnel marketing agency in the U.S. across the media that matters most, has earned a top score on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2026 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality.

Tinuiti’s recognition in the 2026 Corporate Equality Index is a testament to our ongoing commitment to fostering an inclusive environment where every employee can thrive. This achievement is deeply rooted in our Love Growth. Hate Waste mindset: we love growth by ensuring our LGBTQ+ talent has the equitable support needed to excel, and we hate waste by refusing to let bias or exclusion sideline the diverse perspectives that drive innovation to be ultimate business partners to our clients. We remain committed to building a workplace where people can bring their full selves and do their best work.

The 2026 CEI evaluates U.S.-based companies on LGBTQ+-inclusive workplace policies and practices, and abroad, across four key pillars:

For nearly a quarter of a century, the Corporate Equality Index has put a marker down for businesses committed to inclusion and transparency for all workers. Now, more than ever, we celebrate them. No matter the environment, companies that communicate clearly and lead with transparency earn trust, retain talent, and strengthen their business.

Kelley Robinson, President of the Human Rights Campaign Foundation

Tinuiti joins more than 1,300 major U.S. businesses that participated in the 2026 CEI. This year’s report highlights that 98% of rated companies include sexual orientation and gender identity in their non-discrimination policies, while 92% provide equivalent family-formation benefits such as adoption and surrogacy.

Supported by a dedicated DEI Council and TinuitiPride+,  the agency’s officially recognized Employee Resource Group (ERG), Tinuiti continues to champion a workplace of equity and inclusion. The agency also provides comprehensive benefits for same- and different-sex spouses and partners, including adoption, fertility and surrogacy support, paid family leave, and inclusive health, dental, and vision coverage. Tinuiti further supports LGBTQ+ inclusion through philanthropic partnerships with organizations such as SunServe, Sylvia Rivera Law Project, The Ali Forney Center, and Callen-Lorde, and policies that prohibit financial or in-kind support to non-religious organizations with discriminatory practices. All employees, including managers, participate in ongoing training reinforcing Tinuiti’s non-discrimination policies, including protections for sexual orientation and gender identity.

First established in 2002, the 2026 Corporate Equality Index marks the 23rd iteration of the nation’s leading benchmarking tool for LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion. The full report is available online at www.hrc.org/cei
