Elite SEM Named the Best Tech Company to Work for on Mashable
Less than two months after being named the number one place to work by Crain’s New York the team at Elite SEM was honored and humbled once again being named the best tech company to work for by Mashable. The article was titled The 7 Best Tech Companies to Work For and positioned Elite SEM in front of other tech giants such as Twitter (3) and Google (7) which were also identified as great tech companies to work for.
In addition to being recognized for the top spot on the Crain’s list, Elite SEM was selected as the number one tech company to work for because of the self-starter entrepreneurial atmosphere, potential for career advancement, the Elite SEM book club, flexible telecommuting options, the annual Elite retreat, and unlimited vacation days!
Overwhelming Positivity
There has been an overwhelming amount of positive publicity coming our way and for that we are very thankful and humbled. This most recent accolade resulted in numerous emails and resumes being sent to various Elite SEM team members at our offices across the country. We even got an email from a gentleman with a picture of a Lamborghini with one door open asking to be forwarded to the right hiring managers because he “can open doors, please call me…”. We appreciate everyone’s congratulations and well wishes on the honor of being named the number one tech company to work for and congratulate the other companies on the list for being included as well.
Some of the other companies on the Mashable list were Text100 (5) a PR firm that lets you take the day off to hang out with friends “as long as you don’t have a big meeting or client demand”, Interactive Intelligence a call center and software company which “scored high marks in leadership, flexibility, and emphasis on a work-life balance”, and Crowdtap (6) a NYC based tech company that “makes it a point not to have assignments or deadlines”.
