Elite SEM is calling all talented individuals for their internship program!

Background on Elite SEM’s Internship Program

Elite SEM has been growing exponentially since our founding in 2004 with only four SEM game changers.  Today, the company has four offices –New York City, San Francisco, Atlanta, and Philadelphia with over 30 employees.

Despite the dismal economy and decreasing employment rates we are facing in America these days, the cutbacks have not at all affected this leading SEM agency. In fact, it has done the opposite. The company’s internship program started in 2005, and has a nearly 100% recruitment rate. This has also contributed to the company’s longstanding 0% employee turnover rate since 2004. With these positive employee statistics, the agency is constantly searching for motivated, enthusiastic, and talented individuals to be a part of its culture. Almost 75% of its current employees have gone through this internship program, making a bold statement that it works.

The interns work closely with the management team for three months to study the ins and outs of the industry, and are provided training sessions to improve their SEM skill knowledge –i.e., how to build keywords and ads, set up campaigns, do campaign reporting and analyses, work on live campaigns, and optimize ads.

These skills sets are then put to the test when the intern is required to become Google Adwords and MSN AdExcellence certified–which allows clients to see that the agency has a staff of credible individuals. “The best thing about my internship here is that the managers really cared about your learning process and put in all their effort to help you succeed.  And unlike a corporate culture, everything was done on a personal level which made learning that much easier,” says OJ Roque who interned at the company early in 2011.
