I read an interesting article that talked about not setting your clocks back for daylight savings in order to be more productive every day. Not updating your clock seems like a little bit of an extreme way to be get more things done daily.
More realistic are these 6 daily habits you can do to be more productive:
Other Things to Think About For More Daily Productivity:
- Get enough sleep: keep a specific bed time
- Drink water: pair water drinking with an existing ritual to make it a habit
- Get out in nature: Take a small walk during your lunch break
- Give yourself time limits for certain activities
- Priortize one key task for each day
- Keep a list of things you want to work on later: consider a dream journal, or similar resource
- Make painful tasks rituals so they eventually become automatic
