Are your projects and work aligned to achieve those goals, or are you just working in a vacuum, producing things that help you stay afloat but don’t get you to the next level?
Are you generating tons of leads? Getting tons of sales? Working towards growing your business in a scalable way that is bigger than any one individual? Helping to instill an awesome culture that encourages employees to do more than what’s in their job description?
